Go to the bathroom right after to 30 min after sex. For a yeast infection, the best cure is monistat 3 and cotton panties. Panty style is not important but the material is.

Sex the first time can be painful, so go very slow and communicate with your partner. Sex should never be painful, so if it there is pain something is going wrong.

Sex the first time... lubricant is key. Lots of lube.

Sex the first time, could have blood. My experiences usually do, but not always. It is not a huge amount of blood. Not even close to a period, so it is not like blood is gushing out. Just a small amount.
