I'm working on "project" and I need help with it. I'm working on a guide for stretching and some hand weights, specifically for back & hips. I need someone to help act as model for the poses. I'll move your body (arms, legs, back, hips, neck etc) and make sure that you're in the right position, lay hands to make sure you're feeling the stretch in the right places. Basically like a living mannequin or doll.
These protocols are meant for people to do at home. I need to show that they work well in an area with limited space, close quarters. This will be done in a home setting, specifically my place, mainly because trying to transport hand weights and kettle bells isn't fun.
These excerises are for everyone, as such the woman helping me model can be any age, size or fitness level. Ideally, I'd have more than one volunteer so that I can show a range of body types. We need to show the form (unobstructed) and what it looks like in workout clothes (they are often loose, so they hang). You will need some lose fitting clothing, and ideally some form fitting clothing. If you don't have appropriate clothing, I have some work arounds that we can use. Body only, no faces shown.
I'm not a professional yet, I am not some ripped personal trainer. I've had some pretty severe injuries (back, hip, neck). I just want to be able to share and help people. I'm 5'8", stocky, chubby, white guy with a beard. Completely average. I'm easily accessible, not far from Kensington. You'll come over, we'll chat, have a tea/coffee. I'll check your flexibility, to see where you are at. And then we will go from there.
You get a personal stretching & coaching session, and I move closer to finishing my project. Win-win.
