Yeah, you've probably seen me post, I just haven't found what I'm looking for I guess. It's okay if you're married too. I want someone on the side until I'm able to leave this awful relationship. Some great people have messaged me, it just hasn't worked out for whatever reason. I've been with him since I was 17 and desperately want to leave, but can't currently for various reasons, one of them being our child. I would never be able to provide for her the way he does. If she moved out with me, we would both struggle and I want her to have a much better childhood than I did. He and I have tried therapy and many other things. We just don't work. So please don't preach. Perhaps, I am just dissatisfied as a person in general. I've always been one to try and keep a positive attitude when life tried to drag me down, as time progresses this is becoming more difficult though. I've been through reconstructive surgeries, literal near death experiences and grew up with too many siblings. Maybe this kept things too exciting, if you will, for me and now that life has settled down, I'm become more alone and afraid. My husband and I used to be best friends, we have kind of grown apart and he's become mean. I'm unsure if that's just his way of dealing with the situation, or if he hates me. I guess I would hate me too.
I like film, a lot. I know a great amount about film and television. Favorite show is either Mr.Robot, Community or Fringe. Shout out to Lost though.
Favorite movie is Punch-Drunk Love. That will probably never change. That movie means a lot to me, as does Paul Thomas Anderson in general. The Royal Tenenbaums, Ghost World, A Clockwork Orange, Jackie Brown, Escape from New York, Videodrome, Lost Highway, Trading Places, Robert Cop, Thumbsuckers, Submarine, American Beauty, Dark City, etc...
My music taste is basically if you think Rob would put it in his record store in High Fidelity, I dig it. Haha. Mostly sad boys. Elliott Smith, Bright Eyes, Conor Oberst, Belle and Sebastian, The National, Wilco,
I play video games. Mostly RPGs and nostalgic things. Persona 3 is my all time favorite.
I paint, draw, and love anything crafty. I have an art room and spend a lot of time in there, or I guess used to before becoming so defeated.
I'm white, short and chunky. Working on changing that, well the chunky part at least. Hahaha. I've lost 100 lbs now. https://imgur.com/a/K6Vyg2a I'm in Little Elm if that matters.
I'd prefer you be nerdy or indie or whatever. Over 28. Ideally. Not over 48. I'm pretty alone right now and could really use someone I connect with, on a deeper level than just sexual, that gets super tiring.
Tell me your favorite movie if you read this far. Please have something to say.
