26 [F4M]- Help with the Heat

Greetings. It’s very hot. I live in a basement with no windows next to the train underground so the heat multiplies this time of year. I would hate to exchange my body for heat help but I understand that if I don’t have any options I will. Water bottles, a fan (and Raid) would do wonders. Thank you so so much for reading. God bless
