So before going forward I want to be super clear, I don't like the way online dating works. I've never used tinder, or bumble. I've ended up on R4r hoping people would be looking for something a bit different. Apps = hookups, but here feels like people are forcing whatever relationship they're looking for. We're not friends, we're not dating. We don't have to pretend. I'm an open book, and I talk a lot to strangers about things that I should keep more private. I'm the type to over share. I would like to find a partner, but that's not the goal of this necessarily. If we vibe as friends lets be friends. If we vibe as banter pals lets do that. I just want connections. If that ends up somewhere romantic I'd love it but if not, we're okay.

Your best friend, I'm such a hypocrite aren't I. I'm joking, I'm 28 from the GTHA. My favorite music right now tends to be on the midwest emo / Mathrock vibe but I'm a big hip hop nerd as well. I'm recovering from a brain injury getting my life back on track. My favorite films are pretty edgy - think most of Nolan's work. I play basketball(Trying to get back in shape Covid killed my fitness[this is an excuse it started about a year before hand but let me have this for my mental]. I'm into the three P's(Psychology Philosophy Politics). I like heavier conversations I'm game to talk about anything. I hike for fun now-a-days. I'm getting back into reading hit me with your best books to start. I write poetry or spoken word type stuff(You can see some shit on my profile I'm trying to do a piece of writing on public platforms every day. I've had a hard time sharing my art, and I have some projects coming up that might force me to do that so I'm hoping by forcing myself to post things online I might become more comfortable with that).

I WANT TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES. I used to play League a ton used to play a few smaller MMO's growing up but I stopped as I Got older. I need to play something, anything. I have so much time on my hands now hit me up with something to play(preferably on gamepass :P).

I want someone to talk to someone that I get excited to tell about my day. Share new bands I find with.
