This is a slightly edited version of my last post...to which i got no responses and only 1 like (wush i could tell who likes my posts!)...however the reddit Chats and DMs were playing up, so hopefully I'll be a bit more succesful today!

I'm a father of 4 kids, all in their teens (for this year only) and been with my better half for over 20 years. Alas i dont have much of a social life, so i post on reddit every now and then to spice up my time with interaction with different people.

I recently finished a part of my cross stitch project, 13 pages done, only 12 more to go...which given my current pace suggests i have another 3 years before i'm finished! Frustratingly though I am running out of some of my threads and have completely run out of others that i still need...yikes.

I am however mostly a gamer and spend most of my free time playing on the PS4 or my laptop. For my recent birthday i recieved Horizon Forbidden West and Star Wars Lego Skywalker Saga. I have fallen in love with the Horizon series all over again! As for PC gaming my interests lay in Strategies (Stellaris for example) or Incrementals...of which i play too many to list...but recently its been Evolve, various Prestige Tree mods or Your Chronicle.

When not gaming then it'll be TV or work...i do have a full time job so gaming all the time isnt possible!

Oh and i do read on occasion, generally prefer fantasy books, Magician by Raymond E Feist being a good example.

So what am i looking for?...presuming you're still reading! Someone who can carry or create a conversation, who finds single word answers are never enough and is hopefully open minded enough to discuss multiple subjects..both your own interests and to learn about mine. If anything I've said above interests you, then great! If not then hopefully you'll be the type who wants to have a natter anyway.

If we get along then I'd want to move to Telegram eventually, or Discord.

UK is preferred, but ultimately i don't mind where you're from if you can bring the chats :)
