Hello Reddit! Fridays are great, right? No more work, no more school, just an entire evening where you can hang out with friends (virtually for now but hopefully that'll change soon) and drink a little too much like I probably have already. If you're one of those lucky people in a relationship, you can even get a bit frisky before heading to bed and who doesn't love that? Well, sadly, I'm not one of those lucky few. I have nobody to flirt with when drunk and lonely. Maybe it's just the whiskey talking but I want to change that! I'm not looking for my soul mate or the love of my life but I'd love to find a friend I can have a bit of fun with every now and then.
But I wouldn't expect you to just jump into my arms simply because I posted a paragraph of tipsy rambling, you want a connection that's more than just physical. You want to know about me. Well, I'm a 26 year old guy from England. I'm currently in my final year of university studying computer science and to be perfectly honest, I'm a lil' bit of a nerd. When I'm not programming and pulling out my hair due to missing easily fixable bugs, I enjoy reading, writing, playing video games, playing board games, cooking (sometimes baking) and playing D&D with my friends. I just finished reading A Way of Kings so if there's any Brandon Sanderson fans out there looking to nerd out, let me know. I enjoy most forms of music but metal and 80s rock have to be my favourites (If you like Gloryhammer or Beast in Black you're my new best friend). My sense of humour consists of dad jokes and puns that are so bad it makes you groan.
Hopefully you share at least one of my interests (bonus points if you're a PC gamer, I could use some new people to play games with) but even if you don't, I'd still love to hear from you. I'm always open to new things and I love hearing about other people's hobbies whether it's woodworking, cat breeding or collecting misprinted Bulgarian stamps.
