Hello internet! Hopefully you're having a pretty chill week so far, and thanks for checking out my post! The Halloween bug has finally bitten me, and I'm in the mood to smoke up and watch some spooky flicks! The only problem is that the dumpster fire of 2020 has kinda made a mess out of everyone's social lives, so I haven't had a ton of opportunities to meet people since I moved here in December. Wanna help change that?

So, who's the tall, dark, mysterious man behind this post? Read on, if you dare...

My name's Scott, nice to meet ya! I'm 32, single with no kids, and I have one amazing little doggo, Max. My career is in software engineering, but I've been taking a bit of a forced sabbatical this year thanks in large part to COVID. I'm 6'1"(if that's important) and rocking a hell of a dad bod, but that just means I'm an expert at cuddling. I'm drug and disease free (except for cannabis, of course), I wear a mask in public like a reasonable human being, and if politics matter I'm a liberal snowflake (though I'm not exactly militant about it). I'm a bit of an empath, and I do my best to be understanding and non-judgmental of others. I've been described as "funny," "sweet," "smart," and "that guy with the little white floofy dog."

As for hobbies, I'm a total nerd, but I also really enjoy getting out and actually doing stuff when I can. I absolutely love to learn new things, which has let to a moderate addiction to educational and explainer YouTube channels. I enjoy PC games, especially when they're social or put my engineer's mind to work (Factorio and RimWorld are among my recent ventures). I'll listen to most music outside of country, and recent favorite artists have been AJR, OK Go, Marshmello, and my all-time favorites, Blink-182.

So, what am I looking for? Well, a lot, really. I'm open to both platonic friendships, flirting, and romantic interests (if we click). All I ask is that you let me know up front if you'd like to keep things platonic so I don't go shoving my foot in my mouth. 😋 Also, if you're seeking something romantic, please be either single or ethically non-monogamous, I'm not looking to break any hearts here.
