Hello there Reddit! My name is averi, I'm 19 (20 in a month and a half), and I never learned how to, erm, drive (y i k e s).

I currently reside in the East Coast of the United States where I am currently a college student aspiring to hopefully become a children's therapist one day since I know a thing or two about childhood trauma and abuse (we'll get into that later).

I am currently looking for a friend that could possibly stem into something more (especially if you live on the East Coast or in the US but i'm kinda open to long distance) and hopefully we have similar interests/values that will let us become close or lead us to marriage-like intellectual debates about our differences that will (hopefully) make us stronger as a unit.

Some of my interests include: crafting, writing letters, reading (even though my brain is so stupid and won't let me focus most of the time), pop punk music, 70/80s classic rock, Broadway musicals, Disney, Marvel (mostly the movies), Harry Potter (Slytherin pride), psychology, astronomy, astrology (I can give you my whole birth chart), memes, John Hughes movies, cartoons, some animes, board games, DND (though i've never played myself), Stranger Things, The Umbrella Academy, Riverdale, quotes, poetry, liberal politics, voice chatting with people, Black Lives Matter, sleeping, eating comfort food, learning about new things, gaming on the Nintendo Switch, Animal Crossing, and so so so much more!!
