So I did have my first talk with an actual therapist today. Yay. I have a lot on my mind. I don’t feel that any of my problems are that serious but I think I’m just trying to invalidate my own feelings. I just want to call someone. I feel terrible. I’d prefer a one time thing. I’m a great listener too if you have to get something off your chest as well.
