As I write this I'm listening to "Music When the Lights Go Out" by The Libertines.

I haven't made a post here in quite some time so I figured I'd give it another go. I recently trimmed my hair down from it's usually wavy length, booked a one month trip to Europe, and just starting downsizing my life in order to find some direction. I'm visiting Europe for a potential business venture and to decide if I'd some day like to immigrate. Last time I was in Europe was 4 years ago for a semester abroad in London (If you're visiting London I can give tours, I know every tube line like the back of my hand. I recommend Bagel Bake on the Hammersmith and City line, ten minutes away from Liverpool Street Station)

I'm looking local travelers who want to connect or people in Europe who wouldn't mind making a new friend/potentially have some fun together. I'm in each city for about a week except for Helsinki which I will be only in for three days. Ideally I'd like to meet people who would want to learn about American culture (Trump is NOT what defines America) I've been abroad a few times (I recently did a three day road trip to Toronto) in the past and drove across the US once. It'd be a complete pleasure to tell you about my experiences.

I'm well rounded interests wise with travel being my main passion. Early 2000s Indie rock (espeically British garage rock) and 1970s Two-Tone ska are my favourite genres. I caught Franz Ferdinand last year and even had then sign my denim jacket and am hoping to see The Specials next year. Music has always been a big part of my life as I have been wiriting music and poems my entire life. The beat is the envelope the lyrics are delivered in ;)

I'm also playing around with clothing design based off 1960s mod aesthetic for fun. I thrift the majority of my wardrobe and restoring old clothing is a bit of a hobby of mine. My prized pairs of thrifted John Lobbs are my crowning find along with my 1960s Vietnam era M65 field jacket. I used to be a HUGE (talking 750 games and other collector's editions) gamef but now all my money goes to clothes! (I'm picking up Europe-Only Red Wings in Helsinki)

I've always had a particular soft spot for Europe. My grandmother would often talk about her visit to England in the 90s, I even took French in college prior to my semester abroad to prepare for Paris. I'm also well versed in foreign indpendent films and eastern european vodka (Zubrowka is still my favourite despite it being illegal in the USA).
