Dear r4r,

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to read my post. I’m 39 this year (not there just yet so I’m 38 and awesome lol) and I have moved from a capital city to a town with less than 1000 people. I’ve always been the type of guy that’s had more female friends than males and not because I’m a player but simply because I grew up in a small Street where the neighbors kids were all girls so the first 15 years of my life were spent hanging with them. I get girls way more than guys (yes I’m a rare one lol). Don’t get me wrong I have some great male friends where I’m from but I simply connect easier with women.

Essentially this has meant making male friends is a little difficult for me and I’m an introvert by nature making it more challenging. Coming from where I’ve come from and not being a blokey bloke (Australian r4r’s will understand this because yep it’s a real thing and basically means I’m not in to football lol) I’m struggling to make friends. I literally live in a small country town and frankly I’m lonely as hell. Making friends with females is frowned upon as either you’re trying to sleep with someone’s wife or trying get in their pants regardless and to be honest country Australia doesn’t think the same as the city where female/male friendships are fairly normal.

I would love to make some new female friends from anywhere that I can share the good, the bad and the ugly with and you can feel you can do the same with me. Non-judgmental, respectful and always willing to listen is basically how I roll so if you’re like me and want to make new friends hit me up. Who knows we might end up being pretty damn awesome!

Little more about me. I’m a normal guy that loves action and sci-fi movies. I don’t mind the odd video game and the odd toke on marryjane. I love to fly and it’s a hobby of mine (I have my pilots license). Sports wise I love baseball, cricket and most action sports like paragliding and wake boarding. Work life I’m a professional business/tech consultant and I love my job because I literally change people’s lives and help their dreams become reality!!

I’ll always be very open and honest and expect nothing more or less than the same from you.
