TL;DR: geeky guy moves to Florida, needs friends, maybe girlfriend. Obligatory "I'm on mobile, not illiterate." This post ended up being a lot longer than I anticipated.

So here it is, 7 in the morning, and I need to be up for work at 12. Might as well knock out a new r4r.

I'm gonna be moving to Florida in about a week or so, and, while I'll have my awesome sister as company, she doesn't share a lot of the same interests I do. I'd love to find another DnD group to play with, for starters.

Secondly, I'd love to meet a geeky girl as well.

About me: I love books, games, cars, swimming, fishing, and good conversation.

I love to cook when I can afford it, especially trying new recipes. Pizza and Burgers are easily my two favorite foods, and my regional/cultural favorites are Asian and Mexican food.

I like Mystery books, thrillers, fantasy, and occasional horror books. Don't really do comics, as I could never afford them, on top of things like continuity errors.

Games I play are DnD, Survival/Crafting, and farming sims. I could literally play Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, and Harvest Moon: Back to Nature all day. I'll get into an occasional final fantasy game. I love card games, they're probably my favorite, as well as DnD. I play most games on PS4 and Steam, primarily.

I don't really ever smoke or drink anything, unless I have a couple days to kill, then maybe I'll buy a 12-pack of something.

I can watch Anime or TV all day and just hang out, and typically be content. Anime I like are typically Slice of Life, Romance, and Comedy. Think along the lines of Love Hina, Food Wars, Nodame Cantabile, Spice & Wolf, etc.

TV shows I like are generally Documentaries, Survival, History, and Mystery shows. I don't do reality TV unless its something my partner likes, then I'll watch it with her. To be clear, I do not have an S/O or Partner right now.

I try to take things one day at a time, and as much as I can be pessimistic, I try to find the humor in things. I'm pretty laid back and won't hate on you for being different in some way.

I like to laugh and make people laugh, but generally speaking, my humor can be pretty dry, and my sarcasm doesn't always translate well. Should I offend you in some way, it is unintentional. If you feel like you need an apology for something, please let me know. I sometimes don't pick up on that sort of thing.
