Hello there! Thought I'd give reddit a shot. Don't know if there are any Danish people 'round these parts, but eh, can't hurt, right?

In short, I'm looking for a nice girl to go on a date with. What kind of girl? Well, who know - I don't really believe in having a preconceived idea of who is interesting, and who is not. I take it as it comes.

Instead, what can I tell you about me? Well, I suppose I can try listing some facts about myself:

• Software developer by trade. With that comes: a bit nerdy. That includes board games and such.
• Pretty fond of being social - less fond of sitting around on my own.
• People tend to like me - I suppose I'm a pleasant person to be around. :)
• I do have a bit of social phobia. It mainly manifests itself in my really disliking talking on the telephone, and being very, very bad at starting a conversation with someone I don't know. (Well, there had to be a reason I'm writing here, rather than meeting someone in the real world. :))
• I spend a lot of time thinking about humor and comedy. That includes writing comedic songs and sketches, and performing them on stage.
• I've listened to all the episodes of Mads & Monopolet that are available as podcasts. Now I've started listening to audio books instead.
• I love food - eating it, cooking it, watching TV about it. I just bought a sous vide, so having a lot of fun with my new gadget these days.
• Have a pretty positive disposition - and might use happy smilies a tad much. I'm just a positive person, so forgive me. :)
• Absolutely a cat person, although I'm not allowed to keep a cat as a pet in my current apartment. Bummer.
• Pretty well hung. Am I supposed to write that here? Probably not; seems a bit forward. Ah well, I did. Doesn't have to mean that everything is about sex, but a bit of sex doesn't hurt, does it?
• I do not have a large pair of speakers standing around in my apartment. I don't care much about that. (From listening to Mads & Monopolet, I understand that speakers in the living room is a very common conflict in relationships, so we can skip that one. Foresight, oh yes.)
• I love going for walks. So, perhaps a good date could be a walk through the city - perhaps with a little pit stop at a coffee shop?
