Need help reading directions. Edeka is the store that stays open latest, and it's closed. I know people hear, but none that I feel like would answer if I call and would be patient enough to translate. If you speak English and German is your native language, I would be forever in debt if you could help me read these Instructions for a nasal rinse, decongestant, and hopefully an expectorant.
