First and foremost, I'm not looking for causal sex and please don't send me dick pics, thanks.

I have a very big birthday coming up this week. I'll be the big 3-0.

Much unlike other females my age, I am not married (nor divorced) and do not have any human children. I do however have a dog (pit bull shepherd mix) that I creepily treat like a child.

A little about me:

• I'm 29 (30 in a few days)
• I'm 6'2". Some men are uncomfortable with this. I'm sorry...it's a fact and I cannot change it.
• I'm a "young" professional. I work about 60 hours a week and am busy a lot. During the summers I free up more but I'm usually volunteering or traveling.
• I'm mildly obsessed with the following things (in no particular order)

1. Star Wars

2. Comic books (Mostly DC, Marvel, Vertigo, Dark Horse, etc.)

3. Animals (I love my dog and have a soft spot for all animals, except snakes. Fuck snakes.)

4. Video games (Mostly PC/XBONE/DS) I use these as stress relievers but admittedly don't get to play as much as I want/used to be able to.

5. Board/card games: Anything from Cards Against Humanity to Ascension or from Werewolf to Bang. From Zombicide to Settlers and from King of Tokyo and Exploding Kittens.

6. Sports: I'm a huge MLS, NHL, PL and NCAA fan. (Columbus Crew, New York Rangers, Arsenal respectively.) During sports season, I'm either watching the games (in person or on TV) or checking the scores obsessively on my phone.

7. Activity. I love to stay active. Be it participating in sports (volleyball, soccer, softball, Ultimate, etc.) or hiking and camping. I love to be out and about and breathing fresh air.

8. Learning. Not only is academia my profession, but I love to learn. (Be it through reading or listening to podcasts.) I'd love to discuss this topic and share recommendations.

9. TV/Movies: Hi my name is Jolie and I'm a Netflix addict. (I like horror, comedies, thrillers, dramas and indie movies.) As for TV, HBO really does it best (True Detective, Game of Thrones, etc) but I do enjoy other shows such as Dr. Who, Mr. Robot, Better Call Saul, etc.

10. Humor. I love to laugh and make others laugh. I have been known to have a dark sense of humor. Tell me ya joke that makes me laugh and we'll be fast friends.

11. Edit to add: music! I love music. Going to festivals/concerts is one of my favorite summer activities. So far I have 8 concerts on the docket for the next three months.
