Not to be confused with /r/longrange, /r/LongDistance is a sub dedicated to the discussion and sharing of experiences of LDRs. I've seen many posts on /r/r4r that have expressed or implied the intent to enter into an LDR, so I figured many people here can join that discussion and get some valuable perspective from those that have that kind of background. LDRs, like "normal" relationships, are not going to be easy, so having a resource like /r/LongDistance can serve invaluable. The bonus is that the sub looks nice and is easy to navigate. Also, everybody there seems super friendly and supportive. So if you do delve into /r/LongDistance, make sure to read the sidebar, any stickie, any top-voted meta posts or posts from mods, and generally be a decent person. Make sure to keep the quality of the sub high. Good luck!
PS: /r/LongDistance is not an /r/r4r-type sub, so you're unlikely to see any personal ads like you see here. It's only for discussion and sharing experiences. That knowledge and perspective can be transferred to how you operate here.
