Hello, dear reader. This post is my way of introducing myself and, hopefully, sparking your curiosity to get to know me better.

I currently live in Brazil, and I assume you don’t live here or anywhere nearby. To be honest, I actually prefer starting a relationship at a distance first and then meeting in person. I’d like to build a strong bond with you and fall in love with your mind before anything else.

To save you some time, I'll start by sharing a bit about myself before describing the kind of person I'm looking for.

About Me

I'm a 23-year-old Brazilian and a graduate student currently pursuing a master’s and doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering. Initially, my goal was to become a professor, but in parallel, I’m also working on starting my own company.

I’m more of an indoor person, I appreciate quiet environments and enjoy spending time alone reading, studying, or watching something. I’m an atheist, not deeply into politics, but I lean left-wing.

Personality-wise, people describe me as calm, intelligent, and mature, perhaps a little too serious at times. I’ve been told I have a sarcastic sense of humor and a bad (or good) habit of remembering small details people tell me just to playfully tease them later. From my own perspective, I’m a chill guy, open-minded about most topics and ideas. What I don’t usually show to others is that I’m actually very affectionate, if I like you, I can be quite clingy. Watching too many romance movies will do that to you haha.

As for hobbies, I might sound a little workaholic, but I genuinely love studying and research. Solving problems is extremely gratifying to me, so I spend most of my time either studying or working. When I’m not doing that, I enjoy reading novels, mainly psychological fiction, though I’m trying to diversify my library with more literature, I’m open to suggestions! I also love watching movies, with drama and romance being my favorite genres, but I’m willing to watch anything with a great story. Additionally, I used to play WoW and other RPGs.

Physically, I’m white, 174 cm tall, weigh 90 kg, and have a normal build. I have brown eyes, short brown hair, and a beard. Sometimes, I wear glasses. People have told me I’m cute, but I suppose that depends on your bad taste.

Well… a message from the heart: Social interactions have never been easy for me, I’m more of an analytical person than a social one. I’ve been successful in many areas of my life, but I’ve never had someone to truly share it with. That’s why I’m writing this post, to find someone I can call my best friend and, hopefully, my love. I considered using dating apps, but the idea of swiping through people based solely on appearance felt too liquid to me. As a demisexual, physical looks don’t really matter to me, if I don’t have an emotional connection, I won’t feel attracted.

About You

I’m looking for a strong woman, someone with firm convictions and values, both in life and in politics. I want someone I can talk to for hours about anything, who will challenge me and make me a better person. Someone mature, with a personality that aligns well with mine.

The way I see this relationship, I want us to spend meaningful time together, talking about anything and everything, watching movies, sharing late-night voice calls, and maybe even falling asleep on call. I want us to create a space where we both feel safe being vulnerable, where we can be our truest selves without hesitation. I truly believe there’s someone out there for everyone, and I hope that person might be you.

Regarding the future, I don’t currently want kids. I like them, but since I come from a background of negligent parenting, it’s something I take very seriously. I don’t feel confident in my ability to raise a child, though I’m open to discussing it. Just to be clear, I’m not looking to rush into anything, but I do want someone to share my life with. My goal is building a future together.

Physically, I don’t have any strong preferences, but I do tend to be more attracted to tomboyish styles, though that’s by no means a requirement.
