I've lived here for years but I've never been to a convention, figured I'd check it out this year. Don't want to go alone so I'm lobbing this out into the void.

I want an actual local friend to hang out with and enjoy some random anime shows together, plus whatever else floats our boats (wandering museums, perhaps).

If we hit it off (as in, become friends) I'll cover your convention ticket this summer.

Sooo the anime I enjoy... I'm open to quite a few genres but I naturally tend to go for heavy drama. Some of my faves include Black Clover, Monster, Darker than Black, Gundam 00, 86, and Stein's Gate.

I also like random live action shows with heavy drama, too, such as FROM, Haven, Killjoys, Fall of the House of Usher, You, and so on.
