I'm planning something a little different for 2025, calling it my "Year of Knowledge", where each week I dive deep into a new topic or theme, learning from experts, enthusiasts, and anyone who's passionate about these subjects. I’m doing this because I truly believe that we never stop learning and there's so much to explore out there. I’d love to make this journey as rich as possible with insights from those who know more about these topics than I do!
So here's the plan for January: I’m starting the year with a deep dive into Nikola Tesla, Thomas Edison, AC/DC, and the Current War. Yes, I’m focusing on all things related to electricity, the genius minds behind it, and the fascinating history and technical aspects of how electricity works. I’ll also touch on the infamous "Current War" and how it shaped modern energy systems. But here’s where I need your help… 👀💕
I’m looking for historians, scientists, electrical engineers, enthusiasts, or anyone with a love for these topics who’d be open to chatting with me. I’d really appreciate having conversations that help me understand the ins and outs of these subjects in a more engaging, less textbook-y way. Your knowledge, stories, or even book/article recommendations would be an absolute goldmine for my research. (Feel free to point me to any online resources or podcasts that could help, too!)
If you're someone who loves talking about these subjects and can help me see things from different angles, I would be beyond grateful! Let's have a laid-back, casual conversation, no need for anything overly formal. Just a nice exchange of ideas and insights!
Looking forward to hearing from you all and learning from your unique perspectives. I can’t wait to broaden my understanding, and I’d love to make some new connections along the way 🩷
