OK... so here we go. I know people say it’s hard to write something about themselves, and it’s totally true.

About me: I’m 40 years old from Melbourne,Australia. Definitely don’t feel 40! I’m well educated and currently working in a professional career. It’s a career that I enjoy and has taught me lots of skills, including how to navigate life (if that’s a thing) and self-discovery. I like my technology; however, I don’t want the world knowing what I’m up to. (Basically, no socials; Reddit is the only exception.) I love an intellectual conversation, and a conversation that you’re able to hold too. I’m an open book, so ask away. I’ll be upfront; I’m not as fit as I should be but can keep up with most people playing sport, although I might not be that great at it, but I will definitely give it a shot. Let’s just say it’s a dad bod. I’m looking to change this with frequent exercise and looking after myself more. I’m tall (6ft /183cm), have dark hair, and hazel eyes. I come with no baggage, but I’m keen to get started on my own family. (Obviously, not right away, but it’s gonna be on the cards.) If you don’t want kids, then I’m not for you. If you have kids from a previous relationship, I’m all for it! I’m not here to score anything but to find a connection with someone. I definitely know my love languages, so I’m keen to discuss that.

About you: I’m after someone who can love me for who I am. Also, be able to show some affection. You’re intelligent and able to hold an intellectual conversation, but can also have simple banter. Looks doesn’t really matter, but there has to be some attraction there. As I said, I’m not here to score, I’m here to try and find my partner in life. I’m seeking someone in their late 20s right up to mid-40s. A woman who also comes with or without kids (please, no baby dad problems) and isn’t afraid to talk about starting a family with me. I’m not saying start a family right away, but I’m sometime. I’m after someone who invests in themselves, mentally and physically, not saying that you have to be in Victoria’s Secret model, but you’ve gotta be working on self-improvement. My non-negotiables are: no drug dependencies, alcohol abuse, no smokers, financially sound, and most importantly, manners.
