Hi there! 35/m here, coming at ya from Anchorage, Alaska! (Actually not technically since I am in the lower 48 for the holiday). The mountains are blanketed with snow, so figured I should find someone to hang out with near a fire or who is down to go skiing.
About me: I have a professional job that gets intense at times, so I like to relax/explore as much as possible on my off time. Skiing is a pretty big hobby of mine (32 days at Alyeska last season) so it would be awesome if I could find a ski buddy. I also enjoy hiking and camping. I'm hoping to get more into backpacking but haven't done much since I don't have any friends jnterested. Not the adventuring type? Don't worry, I also enjoy hanging out at home, cooking (got into making BBQ this summer, so if anyone wants to be a taste tester, let me know), and having board/video games nights. I've also done quite a bit of traveling (over 30 countries) but haven't left the US since before COVID - hoping to change that soon.
What am I looking for? I am hoping to find a woman in Alaska, preferably within an hour of Anchorage, with similar interests. I am open to starting things casual, but would like to eventually make things long term (only marked this NSFW since eventually Iād like any relationship to involve physical intimacy). I think relationships should be a partnership, where we both make each other better. It would be nice to share some hobbies/interests, but variety is the spice of life, so we don't need to have everything in common. Introduce me to something I don't know!
If anything here sounds interesting, please say hi!
