Heyo! As Michael Scott said, “Sometimes I just start a sentence and I don’t even know where’s going. I just hope I find it along the way.”, and that’s probably how this post is going to be.

Where to even start? I suppose what I’m actually looking for is a good place huh? I’m looking for an online friend to chat with really. You might be asking “why look here?”, and I hear that! Very simply put, I live in a rural area. I am the only person in my state at my WFH job and dating apps quickly reach a “no users in your area” status. There’s just nothing and no one here. I am not looking for an LDR or anything serious at the moment. It wouldn’t be fair for me to not say that upfront!

So about me now, the meat and potatoes of this post I suppose. I’m not super comfortable putting a ton of info about myself out there in a public post, so I’ll try and hit the major points. I’m trying to step out of my comfort zone a bit though so bear with me! If my post resonates with you, we can get into the finer details!

I am in my mid 30s and live in the US. I am very soft spoken, a work to live personality, nerdy, and down to earth person. I have a sarcastic and dark sense of humor, like most guys online right? I am very into music (both playing and listening), horror, video games, photography, graphic design, non-fiction books, film, programming, Asian foods, sports, and lots more. I don’t think I am particularly good at my hobbies, but I am always happy to show/talk about it with anyone who will listen as I am passionate about them!

What am I looking for in you? There isn’t some crazy arbitrary list that I have in my head. Just someone that’s a nice person, can hold a conversation even if it’s sporadic at times, shares at least some common interests/traits, and someone that’s at a similar stage in life. That’s it, that’s my list!

Like I said before, I’m not super comfortable putting all my info out in a public post and I know this post is probably a solid 3/10 for selling myself, but I promise you that I am a really warm, interesting, and confident person with lots to share and learn with you!
