Trying to gain some motivation to get back into a regular schedule for my healthy lifestyle. Was running 5 miles a day and keep a vegetarian diet. Not a gym type of person, I did home body workouts instead. Would be great to find someone (women are fine too) to help me get back into a rhythm of my healthy lifestyle again. Missing that motivation to keep at it for more than a few days.
Would be great if there was someone in a similar situation as me. I know that when I played sports in high school and lax in college my teammates provided me with that motivation. Now, not so much.
The diet aspect doesn't have to be a deal breaker. Everyone needs their own fuel. Would be lucky to also find a cardio vegetarian. I cook my meals so recipe swaps could be nice to get some new ideas for meals.
