First off, I'm an attractive, average build guy. I've spent a while trying to find someone that matches my kink ever since my fwb moved away. She was infertile so it worked perfectly for us both having this kink without any consequences. If we weren't roleplaying something, dirty talk about breeding or creampies always got us off hard.
For roleplay, sometimes we'd just "forget" the condom because we were in the moment. I'd remind her I "should" pull out or she would say the same. But in the end we'd both give in to the temptation. Something about the risk behind it without considering any consequences is just too hot.
