Hmm, perhaps it’s better for me to make friends here, in the dry?

Let’s go with the basics first! I’m 21 years old (although I keep forgetting that!). I don’t mind how old you are, so long as it’s not wildly far off. My time zone is currently GMT 1, which makes for some nice bright evenings, perfect for dragging you on long walks with me.

I’m far from straight, so I’d kindly request no homophobia 🏳️‍🌈

I am, as you may have guessed, a girl, but please don’t jump into my DMs as soon as you notice that! I may be cute, but have plenty of other interesting traits too, honest!

For instance, I enjoy writing. I mostly stick to sci-fi and fantasy, but I have nothing against other genres if the mood takes me.

I don’t read nearly enough, but I’ve just recently started Annihilation. It’s a great book, but I’m mildly-greatly on edge every moment it’s open. Every now and then, I switch to House of Many Ways to calm down.

I study computer science at university, to indulge my love-hate relationship with any and all technology. Love when I make it do what I want it to, hate when I spend two hours debugging and it turns out I missed a comma in an array.

I’ve seen all 304 episodes of Doctor Who, so please let me know if you have a favourite! Just to warn you though, I will judge a little if you’re like the one Meglos fan out there.

I play a few videogames, but I’ll be honest, it’s mostly Pokémon. I’ve also been slowly working my way through Tears of the Kingdom, which is definitely the kind of game I’m fated to hit 200 hours in someday if I want to see the end of it.

As for games I’ve actually finished, I tried out Strange Horticulture lately and had a pretty great time - though I wish it was longer! I’ve technically beaten Celeste, but a good few of those golden strawberries still elude me.

But now, I’m very much at risk of rambling and leaving nothing for us to talk about once you message me! So I’ll leave the fun facts at that.
