I would like to find a mentor who I can talk to daily, who checks if I’m eating healthy and preferably can talk to about other stuff sometimes (like smart and safe decisions while dating). Can be just 10-30 mins a day and doesn’t need to be one sided! I’d also love to hear about what’s going in your life (especially if you’re also dating - would love to swap stories ðŸ¤).
My main issue is managing my eating disorder, which causes me to overeat daily. No matter how fit I get through exercise, or fancy tricks I try, it’s just a matter of getting told / guided to consume less than 1800 kcal. Not rocket science, but somehow a real challenge. Luckily my needs to please others and be a good girl who listens, overrides my ability to make poor decisions for myself. Hence me searching for guidance within the BDSM and D/s community.
Preferably you are fit yourself, as I prefer listening to someone who has a grip on their own lifestyle. 🤞
