I think you are out there, lurking…..just waiting for the right post.

Just like everyone here, I guess I’m looking for a connection, my person and although Reddit seems like a strange place to do that I feel it’s a broader space than dating apps(which are just a horrible experience).

A little about me…..I’m 5’11. 170 lbs, athletic build, brown eyes and I have all my hair….and teeth. I run and work out regularly, I’m very active and play sports. A little yoga and hike a bit . I also know how to relax, just enjoy the space that I’m in. I read occasionally, everything from history to sci fi. Like movies….if I start a book I have to finish it. I’m educated and successful and can hold a conversation. I own a small comic book collection I bought in the 90s when I was a teenager. Occasionally I will play PC games with some friends. Everything in moderation. I’m a bit of Jack of all trades and I’m good with my hands from cars to home. I have a successful career that I’m soon to retire from and will probably work again.

I’m originally from Louisiana but haven’t lived there in over 30 years. I’ve spent some time in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines and Guam. Because of this I’m very fond of Asian women but it is not a deal breaker if you are not.

I’m looking for someone that is going to be consistent. I think people intentions online and especially on dating apps are hard to read, so please be genuine. I’m very athletic as I mention before and physical appearance is important to me. I need someone that can compliment me physically, that is fit and slender, that is my physique and also what I’m attracted to. It’s one of the reasons I think the person I’m looking for is younger than me, but that’s is also not a deal breaker for the right person.
