It's taken a lot, to post this. I think we've all a rough last few years. It's changed us in a lot of ways. I used to be a gym going, rock climbing extrovert. Now I'm an indoor cat and don't like rock climbing communities any longer. Thanks, global pandemic.

I'm a fantastic photographer from a hobbiest viewpoint. Sometimes I show my work in a local gallery I participate in. They're nothing special, but I enjoy that banal aspect of them.

I like road trips. I live in the PNW and have access to vibrant and different biomes, all within a 2 hour drive. While this sounds like in really into being outside, that is a fuckin lie. I like the outside but it's not my personality. I'm outside flexible. Snowshoeing is a hard no. Winter sports to me are heated patios at a dive bar.

I'm a wonderful cook. I spent 15 years making bougie plates in Fine Dining. I enjoy messing around in the kitchen, but I'm a terrible baker. My last sourdough boule was almost a hate crime. Maybe you can teach me. I enjoy cooking with someone. If you are intimidated by cooking, let's cook together anyways. Someone's gotta pour wine and pick the music. I have a $1400 knife that's only used for fish, but don't have curtains. (if you know the joke...)

Like you, I like movies and TV shows. Music too. Instead of an exhausting list, I'll share a playlist of things I like as we talk. I like Romcoms, comedies, horror, bad action films from the late 70s, poorly dubbed Kung Fu. Garbage reality tv has respect in my house. Fair warning. I don't know shit about anime. I've seen the usual mainstream ones. That Akira movie was ok, and I glad that Matt Damon didn't make the live action version.

I like to cozy game on my Switch, I play Final Fantasy 14 casually, and I'm about to get the new dlc for Cyberpunk. I finished Starfield, it's ok. I regret buying Diablo 4 before any expansion content was released.

Lets just get this out of the way. I'm an organized mess. I'm a professional career person that looks great on paper, but thanks to a massive amounts of trauma suffered in a small window, lol yeah. I'm a bit tender. Thankfully I see a therapist and it's under control and my grief triggers are few.

I lost my partner, close friends and family, early into the pandemic. Most of my grief is minimal these days. I'm at peace with my loss and in a place where it's time to put myself back out there. With that being said, I'm a clean slate, slightly cautious, and really unsure how any of this works now. I've tried Tinder and the other apps with little success.

Made it this far? Cool. I'm attracted women that are a good mix of homebody and going on adventures. Doesn't mind small crowds or the occasional big one (I like to go to shows). In shape in the sense that the occasional hike isn't a lot of effort. I'm starting to go back to the gym, so a if you want a partner for that, I'm down. My gym goals are to gain back some of the weight I lost from COVID, not to get swole as fuck.

Prefer someone in their 30s and older. Emotionslly available, in a long term relationship mindset. It would be cool if you were on the west coast, but anywhere in the USA is fine.
