I'm mostly looking for some good chat company, especially during work hours, but outside of that, too. We'll probably get along best if you're at least a little nerdy.
I love to read, and right now I'm reading a book on philosophical Stoicism. I've got a nice stack of library books to get through after that, but I'm especially looking forward to catching up on Monstress. It's an amazing graphic novel. I also write short stories from time to time.
Cooking and drawing are two hobbies I've been focusing on more ever since the pandemic began. I just got some reference pose packs to practice sketching. And I always love trying new recipes. I'm planning on trying a rack of lamb for Christmas, and I'm trying to test out some side dishes in the weeks before to see what might go well.
I also enjoy playing games a lot. I just finished Jagged Alliance 3 and it was such a great game. I never played the older ones, so I can't compare it to JA2, but I loved having a whole country to explore, and I didn't mind losing aim chances at all. You eventually learnt how to intuit your odds, anyways. I really like strategy and management games most, but I play a pretty wide variety of games.
If you think we might click, send me a chat with some sort of introduction.
