November 22nd, around 11am, at the airport we boarded the Philadelphia subway into Main St with our luggage.

You apologized for staring at me and said I was beautiful. You compared me to a celebrity. That meant a lot because I was so unsure of my appearance that day. You told me, or maybe you were bragging, you flew in for business or were in business class. I'm unsure because the train conductor kept saying something about Thomas Street. It intimidated me a bit because I was there for a family trip and only flew premium.

When we got off the subway I was lost and needed help with the ticket system. I didn't know a payment was needed and the ladies were so hostile lol. After I walked around for a while trying to figure out the purchase-and-exit, you two were already outside in the mall.

Then, you and your father told me about an underground market. You were telling me about the pancakes the size of dinner plates down there. You and your father invited me to eat after I finished shopping for a coat. I agreed to meet you there.

Please excuse me for not meeting you when I said I would, I was totally afraid! Lol never been to Philly, met a wonderful man and his very kind hearted father... then they invite me underground? That farmer's market doesn't exist in my city so I honestly couldn't conceptualize it as anything other than a trap. After a recommendation by the hotel, I did visit a few days later and was so overwhelmed! Lol there was nowhere to sit and all the food looked amazing. I got a few items and tried looking for you but I'm sure you moved on and found something else incredible to do over the holidays.

Sorry I didn't believe you, I was scared. Reddit is a long shot but I hope you see this here. I wore a blue beanie and I remember exactly what you looked like.

I'm not responding to one-word replies or witty one-liners. I remember your personality and it wouldn't be that. You were intelligent, a true gentleman that meant well. I was charmed and not easily fooled. Only to let me fear take over instead of enjoying the vacation. I hope we can reconnect.
