Repost, but with additional details.
Pretty much what it says in the title. Wife and I separated nearly a year ago now. Have been living alone from her and my kids all that time, and it gets to be a bit of a lonely existence at times. Sleep, work, relax, repeat. Day after day. I'm certainly not living, that's for sure. With that said, things are improving. I've moved into a bigger place. My mental health isn't as bad as it once was, and I even occasionally have a smile on my face. I take those as big wins given the last 12 months of my life.
It would be nice to have someone to chat to on a regular basis. Am I at a point where I'm looking for a relationship? I have no idea. Could I use a friend? Absolutely.
Basic stats: 45 (as noted), on the short side (5'5), Dad-bod, reasonably handsome (I'm told, and not just by my mum), employed, enjoyer of reading, podcasts, gaming, and horror movies.
If you feel like taking pity on a chap for a while, or fancy a more long term dialogue just get in touch.
