Hello! To be straightforward, I've got some pretty bad anxiety/depression, and basically don't get out much right now. I'm working on sorting my life out as a whole, but progress is pretty slow, so I'm pretty hermit-y and isolated at the moment. I still live with my family, and I've got a few friends from irl that I talk to online, but a lot of them are busy or just can't really talk super regularly. So I feel pretty lonely sometimes. I guess I don't really know what I'm looking for on here. I think I'd like to have meaningful conversation, with someone I could talk to daily, though it's not as though I'd be constantly messaging. I am usually somewhat busy until like 10 PM MST. Though I can message earlier also, I will just be more available in the evening and at night. And by talking, I mostly just mean texting, though maybe also voice notes or voice chatting, but I have to be comfortable with you before I do that.

Also, I'd like to talk to someone who seems interested in me. Most of the people I talk to, I feel like I have to do a lot of the work in conversation. This is fine, but I'd like the conversation to feel more mutual I suppose. Idk, I'd just like someone who likes to chat in general, and can talk to me regularly, someone that I can have nice convo's with, ideally someone with similar interests. But idk, I don't really expect this to work out especially well. People tend to be too busy or just not as invested in chatting online.(Because they have more of an irl social and work life, while I'm trying to create a social life online, which is pretty much doomed to fail.) So if things don't work out, it's ok if we stop talking, I don't want to drag things out if it's not working.

Apologies if I seem a bit glum, I've just felt a bit tired and burnt out recently, but generally I try to keep a pretty positive attitude. Anyway, here's some stuff about me:

Lately I've been into guitar and gardening, though I'm pretty new to both. I recently made pesto from basil in my garden. I'm also hot composting, for my garden. I also like movies, music, tv, etc. I tend to like classic movies and music. I like Hitchcock movies, Spielberg stuff, Lucas stuff, Kubrick, Rocky, Back to the Future, Shawshank, many others. Music I like is usually 70's to early 90's, but I'm happy to get reccs! I like branching out and listening to other stuff Favorite band is the Beegees! Loved the German tv show Dark. I also like videogames, usually strategy or RPG, but also fps and most other genres too. Three I like are Fallout/Classic Fallout, Crusader Kings, and Titanfall 2.
