First off, Before any of you folks dirty minds go anywhere I mean actual stretching of the body and not genitals. My hips and posterior chain are super tight and have been for a very long time. I run a lot so maybe that has to do with it but I’d like to change that. I’m hoping I can find someone that can teach me in the way of stretching. I’d like to open up my legs and be more flexible. It’s the next step on the journey to becoming my best self. Also maybe make a friend along the way :)
