I will apologize for the length of this post but if you reach the end then you are a reader too and thats a great sign.

I'm laying in bed fighting for leg room with my dog. Neither of us are exactly small. Anyway i just finished reading a book and now i have that tireless itch where i want to immerse myself in a new world. The book i finished was Freedom tm by Daniel suarez. I do reccomend it and its predicessor Daemon.

Surely i cannot be the only one who would go spelunking across countless realities to experience new worlds and the stories contained therein. Brandon Sanderson is a favorite. I dont limit myself to the written word though. I enjoy movies and games too. Wherever i can find a good story. One day VR will get to the point we can live out that fantasy. For a few hours a day anyway.

Anywho the dog currently hogging my bed is poor company at the moment as the conversations are one sided most of the time. Shes loyal though which is nice. Her maloderous gas is a different story. Shes a german shepard/beagel. Anywho thats where you come in. I want a friend with a different world view to shake my world up. Show me things i havent experienced and broaden my horrizons.

Me: 6'5ish with the dad bod. Clean shaven. A brain that i dont deserve because it is more clever than i have any right to have access to. Im a outdoorsman and a self professed nerd. I have a small mountain of comic books, several book cases of actual books, a library of video games and movies on various hard drives, and too many notebooks with half formed writing prompts.

You: someone who craves their next mental adventure or wants to talk through a setting. Articulate is great. If someone has described you as wordy they youre perfect! Creative is always a bonus. Maybe youre a musis lover who paints their world with sounds rather than colors.

Who knows maybe we hit it off and this is the start of an awesome friendship or more. Life is full of wonderful surprises until, a final bad one.

At this point i might even settle for an argument where i am to play devils advocate. Really looking to chase the rabbit down the rabbit hole to whatever end. Its midnight here and ill be browsing writing prompts until my eyes refuse to stay open. If this post is up im still looking to connect.
