hello reddit! i am quite in my own head tonight and have absolutely whipped myself into a maelstrom of anxiety and panic. itās almost 1AM, iām tired, iām fidgety, and iād rather just use my phone than be alone with my thoughts.
one request: please donāt provide basic, inane advice about my mental health like ājust try to stay positive!ā. i have a cavalcade of mental illnesses that can not be so easily solved.
also, please donāt send me any basic short messages at all really. i wonāt respond to your hiās or helloās, so if youāre annoyed i havenāt responded and you sent something short, youāve yourself to blame. nothing creepy or weird either please
