I’m seeking my person. The one who is right for me, whom I fulfill and am fulfilled by. I am possibly willing to do long-distance for the right person (want to stay within a day's drive of Louisville, though). My preferred age range is 30-45, but I won't turn down someone outside of that if it's a good match. Stuff about me:

• I am currently going through a divorce and have been separated from my ex-wife for five months. Ours is an amicable and uncontested divorce that is going to take place as soon as we move out of our home this summer. Our relationship is over, and I am ready to move into the next chapter of my life.
• I am fat. Always have been. Not looking to change that right now. If you’re not into big dudes, please don’t waste your or my time.
• I am into fat liberation and will not tolerate being treated like a second-class citizen because of my size.
• I do not want kids. Let me repeat that: I do not want kids. I wish to live a childfree life by myself or with a deeply-connected partner. My mind will not change on this.
• I’m a highly sensitive person.
• I am in therapy every week.
• I am very open with my emotions. I am the opposite of toxic masculinity.
• I am excellent at communicating my needs and feelings and I am almost always direct.
• I am a huge nerd/geek/fanboy. Tabletop RPGs are my main hobby, followed closely by all types of video games. I’m a movie and TV fan, especially sci fi and Marvel. Lover of comics and fantasy books. I’m a toy collector. Lover of 80s and 90s pop culture. Lifelong fan of Tolkien and Middle-earth. Love/hate relationship with Star Wars.

What I am seeking:

• A partner. In every sense of the word. I want communication. Compassion. Kindness. Thoughtfulness. Authenticity. Honesty. Attentiveness. Nurturing. The ability to be vulnerable.
• Someone who is trauma-informed or willing to learn, or who has at least some experience in therapy and is invested in their own, and others’, mental health.
• Someone mature and serious about being in a relationship. No games, no stringing along, no flings or one-night stands. I want someone who is ready to love and be loved. And be single and available, that should go without saying.
• It would help a lot if you’re into some kind of nerdy stuff or fandoms. Doesn’t have to be mine, but just being part of the culture is great. I’d love to be able to share TV shows and movies and hobbies, though.
• Someone who is comfortable being a homebody, who doesn’t need constant stimulation or to be around people to feel good. Someone who values quiet and calm and reflection.
• Don’t smoke, it's a dealbreaker. Drinking in moderation is okay. Not a fan of the funny rope but if you do it in moderation I can tolerate it.
• You’re not avoidant. I spent 10 years being the pursuer to my ex’s distancer. Done doing that. I want emotional availability.
• Be fat-positive and sex-positive. Kink-friendly a plus.
• Be some form of left-leaning politically.
• Actually be attracted to fat guys, not just tolerant of them.
• Be fat yourself. Thick, rubenesque, curvy, thick, chubby, whatever you want to call it. I love big girls. I'm an ass guy, so the bigger yours is the happier I'll be! I like girls in glasses too.
