Hello,

I'm quite socially awkward and my hobbies don't involve group activities therefore don't have many chances to meet new people the "normal way", so thought I would give this a try.

I'm tired of being lonely, I like having my solitude moments from time to time, but I would like to find someone to connect with and have a relationship.

Getting to 34 with a stable job plus a nice income that still leaves me enough time to enjoy the simple pleasures in life is making me realise it would be so much better if I had someone to share it with.

I'm by no means perfect and I'll be the first to admit I have quite a few flaws, so let me talk a bit more about myself. I'm Portuguese, 1.83cm/6 feet tall, brown hair and eyes.

I'm an introvert and honestly more than 5 people is a crowd, you won't see me in:

 - A festival/concert (I'm the type to go to a Within Temptation concert and sit on my chair the only time just enjoying the music).  - A packed beach (I don't want to get tanned and I can't swim. On the other hand I like to dip my feet in the water and go for long walks in the beach if it's not too crowded).

I don't drink or smoke (a beer or a glass of wine at dinner I can do) I don't really like to exercise but I'll probably tag along if you like to do it.

I like to play games and watch Twitch, read fantasy or crime books, watch netflix and go for walks in either the city or nature.

My tastes in music are a bit all over the place pop, rock, symphonic metal, kpop. I like to listen to the Eurovision entries every year and add the ones I like to my playlist.

Talking about kpop it brings me to my other passion korean variety shows and dramas. Saw the bokbulbok 2 Days 1 Night special by pure luck in the TV, got hooked and never looked back.

Oh just one important thing. I love cats, I had them all through growing up and they were seriously amazing. Don't have any pet at the moment but would love to have a cat once I find a partner. Nothing against dogs but I don't want to have one.

I'm a very honest and direct person so would like to find a similar person, someone that says what they meant to say to my face and is able to talk stuff through.

About you:

• Preferably someone in the South as I would like to go on dates, hiking, visit all of the UK and more.
• Someone I can talk to, I'm an excellent listener so props if you're a chatterbox, we can compliment each other.
• Age is not super important but better if you're closer to my age.
• Just be kind, honest and willing to chat and see where this goes.
• Looks aren't everything but there should be some attraction so I'm happy to trade pics.
