Today was a good day. It's the start of a week long vacation (school is out for a week meaning I can either go somewhere or spend all week at home just being an Art Goblin, haven't decided yet.) Spent the day at the beach and now I am home taking a quiet evening and hoping chatting with someone cool!

I teach art for a nonprofit, It's still pretty fresh but I have been enjoying it a good deal and discovering new things about myself that I might not have ever considered. Mostly that despite having no desire of children of my own, I get along pretty well with children and it's been really cool seeing them learn new concepts and gain confidence in drawing as the weeks have gone by.

I work out 2 to 3 times a week and very seldom do I eat meat and I am something of a constantly on and off again vegetarian. I have some very nerdy hobbies, I like tabletop gaming like dungeons and dragons and magic the gathering and the occasional video game and the same could be said about my tastes in music and film. I am always down for an 80's fantasy flick or a creature feature.

I tend to put a lot of value into personal growth as well as exploring nature and in the near future, I would like to travel and use that experience to either write something and try to get it published or make a portfolio of artwork about it. I have spent most of my younger years either in school or saving for something that did not pan out so I am ready to just kind of Bilbo Baggins-ing my way though life for a while... after that... who knows?

What I am looking for:

I am looking for someone who is passionate, has their own hobbies and interests but is willing to share them. Someone who would rather spend time discovering something new then staying at home and watching Netflix. Loves animals and nature and is respectful to both and has some kind of creative outlet. I would like to date someone who is also vegetarian and physically active, I am accepting of all kinds of body types but spend a good deal of time outdoors and have become something of a regular at the gym for a good year now and would like to find someone who is as well and be my accountability buddy.

Hopefully within the state of California, The closer to the central coast the better but I love a good weekend getaway so the Bay Area or SoCal is not a problem for me. Left leaning, and doesn't want children, pets are great but unfortunately I am VERY allergic to cats.
