I’ve been a smoker for like 20 years. I’ve tried to quit many times before. The longest I’ve quit before was when I was pregnant and that was because I HAD to.
But, I was finally mentally 100% ready and committed and WANTED to quit.
One year with zero cheating. I officially feel like an ex-smoker now.
