I have officially quit for an entire week, my husband has as well. We both noticed it was going way easier than we thought. Ive smoked for 20 years and was at a pack a day. He was similar.
We keep getting into these awful arguments and we NEVER argue like until this week I couldn't even tell you the last time we had a fight. I'm sure we're just both a bit irritable.
Also- I need some ideas for when I'm driving. It's a MAJOR craving for me in the car. Like just walking towards my car makes me me want one. I literally feel like I'm forgetting something or like my hands are empty and need to do something even when I'm the one driving. Any tips for this specific struggle?
