So I call one of those quit smoking hotlines in my state. Cause I don't want to be one of those people on the commercial or worst be dead off smoking related illnesses. I want some advice on how keep the nicotine monster at bay.
I've quit before but some stress in my life got me smoking again. I don't want to relapse after I start this journey and end smoking.
