i was smoking for a couple of years and the amount of cigarettes smoked throughout a day wasn’t that big lately. at first i decreased the number until 2-3 cigarettes a day and i didn’t feel the need of smoking more. 4 days ago i started nicotine gums and stopped smoking. my theory is that i’m more of a psychological addict since i have cravings after certain rituals and only after them and the main challenge for me is going to be to overcome this instant gratification by using gums and then quit nicotine with regular nicotine free gums. do you think it’ll work out?
