How to enjoy life sober?
Post Body
When I am not smoking, I honestly feel like my life is boring. What can I do to genuinely enjoy life without marijuana/alcohol use? What do you do?
Hoping to hear answers from people who have actually tried weed before and successfully quit
For content: I no longer smoke because of the testosterone decrease, ed, lack of energy, lack of focus, discipline etc. I’ve been smoking over 14 years & drinking for 10 years

Do you enjoy the exercise you do? I know I have “maintenance” exercise like lifting weights and then I have fun exercise like swimming or going on a nice pretty sunset walk. The fun exercise makes me feel a lot more fulfilled than the ass kicking I take at the gym.
