Today is the first day of my journey of quitting cigarettes. I’ve smoked cigarettes since I was 14 years old. Now I am 33. I don’t wanna quit smoking because I enjoy it but I have to quit smoking because it’s hindering my life any tips on how to quit smoking my. Current plan is to quit cold turkey help me beat this addiction
Make a list of all the things you hate about the habit. I was like you; I enjoyed smoking. I didn’t really want to stop. But I trust that you can make a list of at least 5-10 things you really dislike about smoking. And actually write it down. Then, when you have a bad craving, look at your list. Maybe even say some of the things out loud. I swear to god it’s the only thing that actually made me quit.
