What's easier to quit cigarettes or vaping?

I used vapes and cigarettes back and forth and vaping has always been harder for me to quit. When I had the chance, I would literally just hit it 24/7. I would take more bathroom breaks at work to go hit my vape. I was far more addicted to vaping than smoking because the vaping was constant. And vaping is harder to quantify and be mindful of for me.
