So I have been smoking for 8 years. I am 22, I quit smoking weed a year ago, and now I want to quit nicotine. I have been using nicotine gum, however, I have strong cravings to smoke. I have some tobacco that I used to use to roll cigs, and I have a chillum. I have been smoking occasionally a cig or a vape for the past week that I’ve been trying to quit. I plan to smoke once or twice out of the chillum per day and use the gum for the rest until I can fully quit. Is this reasonable? Is there anything else I can do to stop the cravings?
Thanks
