Hey guys! I’m on day 36 of my taper. Dropped from 45gpd to 31 to start with. Then got down to 26gpd and hovered for a while. Over the course of the last 8 days I dropped another 6 grams and am now on my 2nd day of 20gpd! It’s so weird how the last month has simultaneously felt like the longest and the shortest month ever. I also feel super down on myself at times for having been stuck on this crap for 4 years and for still taking 20gpd when I see people post about being completely off or down to just 2, 6, or 8 gpd. But then other times I’m so freaking stoked and proud of myself for dropping over half my dosage in a little over a month. Then there’s the withdrawals and feeling like crap at times and then feeling fine and dandy other times.. and then extra good at times because holy crap I am feeling good feelings again! What a roller coaster ride this is. Anyways, just wanted to say that if you’re tapering and having those feelings of worthlessness at times because you wish you were off completely, you’ll get there and congrats on lowering your doses! Taking 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 of what you were is a huge deal and a huge step! I’m proud of us! Sending love out to y’all!
