Well sleep was quite a bit better last night than night 1. Slept from 10-12 then 1-630am with some zzzquil and a little weed to help. I hate the feeling of being tired and almost asleep only to get a rush of anxiety and be snapped right back out of sleep. It's like bouncing off of a wall in-between a ake and asleep. Hopefully today is a bit better.
