Hoping to upgrade from my hd3000 that is...elderly... and starting to malfunction. To be fair, i got it serving hand and have worked it hard for about 5 or 6 years now.
I have 3 options and can't see a ton of difference, so i need your advice and thoughts. I do the piecing, backs and binding, but outsource almost all actual quilting to a long-armer.
My options are (all Janome): 1. 5300QDC 2. Skyline S5 3. Skyline S6
All on sale but still a huge price difference. I want to make sure I'm not over spending for my needs, but want something that'll really make me happy and that I can sew hard on for many years.
What are your thoughts?
